Used and open products: Used products cannot be returned for a refund, but, if defective, can be exchanged for new products within 30 days of purchase.
To make an exchange, defective products must be returned intact, with all components, and must not be substantially consumed. Download and complete the Product Return/Exchange Form and shipping instructions.
To get a refund, unused and unopened products must be returned to Midwest Vape Supply. Download and complete our Product Return/Exchange Form and shipping instructions.
All Midwest Vape Supply sales are final.
